The story

A former mansion, the Hôtel Mercure was owned by noble families for decades.

In 1894, the owner at the time merged the two private mansions into one, now the Hôtel Mercure, also known as the Grand Hôtel by the POUJOL family.

Influenced by the city of Montauban, the building pays tribute to the city’s artists with touches of their work.
